Angry Leader exists because the leadership industry is a scam. It sells optimism to people drowning in dysfunction. It blames you for systems designed to fail. It profits from your burnout while offering platitudes instead of solutions.
We are done pretending toxic workplaces can be fixed with gratitude journals and growth mindsets. Some organizations deserve to collapse. Some leaders deserve to be fired. Some meetings genuinely should have been emails.
